BOOKING:
To confirm booking, a $50 non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure the date and time of choice. Payments can be made using bank transfers to Scotiabank or Bank of The Bahamas within 24hrs of booking. Failure to do so will result in cancellations. Payment can be made to:

LATE FEE:
The client will incur an additional $50 late fee once they are twenty (20) minutes late. After 25 minutes the appointment will be cancelled. T Lamar Photography is not liable to extend a session to accommodate tardiness. If the client wishes to extend time based on availability he/she may do so at an additional fee per hour.
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY:
In the event of the client's cancellation of the session for whatever reason, the retainer fee is non-refundable and becomes (studio credit) and may be used towards a future session.
PAYMENT:
The balance of the photo session must be paid in full at the time of the photoshoot.
TURN AROUND TIME:
Our editing turnaround time is typically 7-15 business days; however, during peak seasons like Christmas and mid-summer, retouched photos may take up to 25 business days. Should you wish to request additional edits or rush edits, please be advised that fees will apply. There is a $100 fee for rush edits.
RETOUCHING:
All images will be edited to the best of the photographers abilities and he/she will use his/her own discretion regarding retouching & photo selection. Digital manipulation and artist finishing is available to the Client as an option at extra cost.
CONCEPT/CONSULTATIONS:
T Lamar Photography requests for clients to have at least a brief idea or sample images for his/her concept.
COPYRIGHTS:
The copyright of photographs remains with the photographer. The Images taken by the photographer are for the personal use of the clients, their family and friends. Sale publication or any commercial use of the photographs is not allowed without prior permission from the photographers.
MODEL RELEASE:
The client grants the photographer and its legal representative, heirs and assigns the irrevocable and unlimited consent to use the photographs of the clients for editorial, competition, advertising and any other purpose and in any manner, to alter the photographs without restriction: and to copyright the images . The clients hereby release the photographer and its legal representatives, heir and assigns from all liabilities and claims in connection with these images.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY:
If the photographer is ill or becomes injured and cannot supply the services specified above, the photographer will book a replacement photographer. Under normal circumstances a second photographer from T. Lamar Photography is readily available, so this photographer will then shoot the session on his/her own. If both photographers are unavailable and a replacement photographer cannot be found, only then is liability limited to a refund of any payments received.
The photographers have working methods in place to prevent loss or damage to your images. However, there is the unlikely possibility that images may be lost, stolen or destroyed for reasons in or beyond our control. In these circumstances liability is limited to the return of fees paid for the service or part thereof according to the percentage of images supplied.
